สวัสดีครับ กราบพระอาจารย์

ผมขออนุญาตปรึกษาอาการทีผมประสบ ช่วงนี้ เมืองนังสมาธิ หน่อยนะครับ

ผมได้ฝึกอานาปานสติมาประมาณปีกว่า และสามารถทำจิตใจให้สงบลงได้ในระดับหนึ่งแล้วครับโดยทีตั้งสติไว้ได้ตลอดเวลา

แต่สอง-สามวันที่ผ่านมาผมประสบอาการ เหมือนจิตจะหลุดออกจากร่างกายเอง โดยที่ผมไม่ได้เจตนาอะไรเลยครับ

ทั้งทั้งทีผมพยายามที่จะให้จิตอยู่กับกาย แต่ก็ยังควบคุมไม่ได้ เหมือนจิตต้องการที่จะออกเองครับ ทำให้ผมตกใจและกลัวที่จะทำสมาธิต่อไปครับ

ไม่ทราบว่าถ้าเจออาการแบบนี้ต้องทำอย่างไรครับ ผมไปต่อไม่ถูกเลยครับ ขอความกรุณาแนะนำได้ไหมครับผม

ผมต้องการเดินสายทางที่ถูกต้องตามคำสอนของพระพุทธเจ้า ก็คือสัมมาสมาธินั่นเองครับ ไม่ต้องการประสบมิจฉาสมาธิใดๆครับผม

ตอบ: พอทำอานาปานสติ จิตภายในนิ่ง บางครั้ง กายทิพย์มันจะแยกออกมาจากร่างกายเนื้อ ช่วงกำลังจะแยกออกมาบางครั้งมันมีอาการสั่นสะเทือน แรงและถี่ จึงเกิดอาการกลัวและตกใจ เพราะไม่มีที่พึ่งที่เกาะภายในตนเอง

ไม่ทราบว่าถ้าเจออาการแบบนี้ต้องทำอย่างไรครับ ผมไปต่อไม่ถูกเลยครับ ขอความกรุณาแนะนำได้ไหมครับผม

ตอบ: เวลาทำอานาปานสติ พอนิ่งสงบ สภาวธัมม์ ความรู้สึกมันจะมารวมที่ฐานของจิตกลางหน้าอกบริเวณลิ้นปี่

ในความรู้สึกที่นิ่งๆ มันจะมีความรู้สึกวุ๊บๆ ตุ๊บๆ แสดงความไม่เที่ยง เปลี่ยนแปลงเกิดดับไปทุกขณะ

เดี๋ยวแรง เดี๋ยวเบา เดี๋ยวหายไป

เป็นทุกข์ อยู่สภาพเดิมไม่ได้แปรปรวนไปตามเหตุปัจจัย

เป็นอนัตตา บังคับไม่ได้

ในสภาวะที่รู้สึกในความรู้สึกอยู่ ก็ถอนความเป็นตัวเรา ของเราออกไปทุกขณะ

ปัญญาจึงเห็นอย่างถูกต้อง สมาธิจากการเห็นอย่างถูกต้องจึงเป็นเป็นสัมมาสมาธิ

ศีลก็บริสุทธิ์อยู่ภายใน นี่เรียกว่าอริยมัคค์รองรับจิต

และพอเห็นการเกิดดับไปเนืองๆ ตามเห็นความไม่เที่ยงไปเนืองๆทุกขณะจิต

กิเลสอะไรเข้ามามันก็จะดับไป และสลัดออกไปตลอด

มันก็จะมีสภาวะเหมือนจิตจะหลุดจากร่างเหมือนข้างในจะแยกออก

แต่พอมีธัมม์เป็นที่พึ่งที่เกาะ มันถอนความเป็นเราไปทุกขณะ

มันมีแต่ความรู้สึกที่เกิดดับภายในจึงไม่มีความกลัวใดๆเหมือนตอนแค่ นิ่งๆแล้วข้างในจะหลุด

เปรียบได้กับคนเกาะห่วงยางในทะเลเวลามีคลื่นไม่กลัวจม

พอข้างในมันจะแยก บางคนมันจะสะเทือนวึ๊บๆๆๆแล้วข้างในมันหลุดออกเลย

บางคนเห็นเกิดดับรู้สึกภายใน มันแยกออกเลย อย่างรวดเร็ว

บางทีก็เห็นรายละเอียดตอนแยกออกมาว่ามันแยกออกมาอย่างไรทุกขั้นตอน

พอตอนแยกออกมาใหม่ๆมันจะแค่เห็น มันเหมือนจะงงกับสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นเพราะไม่เคยเจอ

บางครั้งแค่เห็นยังไม่กระจ่าง

ผมต้องการเดินสายทางที่ถูกต้องตามคำสอนของพระพุทธเจ้า ก็คือสัมมาสมาธินั่นเองครับ ไม่ต้องการประสบมิจฉาสมาธิใดๆครับผม

ตอบ: บางครั้งแยกออกมา มีญานบอกออกมาไม่ต้องคิด เช่น นี่มันไม่ใช่ตัวเรา , นี่ไง อนัตตา,

ตัวรู้ที่แยกออกมา มองเห็นร่างในปัจจุบันช่วงกำลังแยก นอนอยู่ นั่งอยู่ ยืนอยู่ เคลื่อนไหวอยู่ หรือเดินอยู่

พอญาณบอกออกมา ปัญญามันจะน้อมเข้าไปดูสภาวะที่ร่าง รู้สึกได้ถึงความชัดเจน

มันหาตัวเองไม่เจอในร่างนี้ ทั้งในความรู้สึก

เจอแต่การเกิดดับ

มันถอนความรู้สึกเป็นเรา ออกไปทุกขณะ

จึงหาตัวเองไม่เจอ ในขันธ์5นี้

จนหมดข้อสังสัย ปัญญารู้สึกได้อย่างชัดเจน ตามที่ญาณบอกออกมา

พอข้างในที่แยกออกมา เห็นกายนี้ และเห็นการเกิดดับภายใน

ปัญญาส่องหาไม่เจอตัวเราในกายนี้ ในการเกิดดับแห่งขันธ์5

รู้สึกได้อย่างชัดเจนจนหมดข้อสงสัย ในความที่มันไม่ใช่ตัวเรา

พอข้างในบอกออกมา "ใช่"

มันจะมีสภาวะเหมือนข้างในมันแล่น ไปในขณะจิตเดียว

รู้สึกถึงความกระจ่างสว่างไสว

ที่แยกออกไป มันก็กลับเข้าร่าง อาจเป็นอิริยาบถใดก็ได้ เหมือนตอนออกไป

เรื่องราวที่เรียนรู้จนกระจ่างเยอะมาก

แต่พอตอนกลับมา อาจเพิ่งเดิน หรือเคลื่อนไหว ไปนิดเดียว

พอกลับมามันจะงงๆว่าเกิดอะไรขึ้น ก็ต้องทบทวนสภาวะทีเกิดขึ้น

ก็จะเห็นกระบวนการที่เกิดขึ้น ของญาณปัญญาที่ส่องแสงให้เห็น ความไม่เที่ยงเป็นทุกข์ เป็น อนัตตา

เพื่อถอนความรู้สึกเป็นเรา ของเราออกไป

แต่สิ่งที่เกิดขึ้น ให้เห็นว่านี่คือสภาวธัมม์

ไม่ควรยึดมั่น ว่านี่เป็นเรา เป็น สภาวะของเรา ทำไมเราเป็นอย่างนี้

ให้สังเกต แต่ไม่ยึดมั่นแม้จากสภาวะที่เกิดขึ้น แค่กำหนดรู้
